Judgment in Hulse & Anor v the Attorney General of Belize CLAIM No. CV147 of 2020 at [10]-
“I thank both counsel for the maturity and efficiency with which they conducted this trial. Their approach allowed for the smooth and efficient reception of evidence. I was particularly impressed with the focused cross-examination of the witnesses since this helped to realise the overriding objective of proper use and management of the time and resources of the court and litigants. The skilful and targeted cross-examination of the expert witnesses by both sides, in particular, provided a balanced perspective of the issues in dispute which helped with their resolution. This court commends counsel for their assistance in the above regard.”
