Pricilla joined Courtenay Coye LLP in June 2010 and is currently a Litigation Partner.
Pricilla was appointed a Senior Counsel of the Belize Bar in 2025. Before joining Courtenay Coye LLP, she served as Crown Counsel and later as Deputy Solicitor for Litigation with the Attorney General’s Chambers, where she developed her practice in civil litigation, administrative and constitutional law, and extradition. Since joining the firm, Pricilla has expanded her areas of expertise to include fraud and asset recovery, asset tracing, debt collection, offshore company law, and strata corporation law.

Pricilla litigates in the High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Caribbean Court of Justice on behalf of her clients. A sample of matters engaged in as litigation Counsel is as follows:
Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (In Special Liquidation) in Belize proceedings brought in aid of the Irish High Court conspiracy proceedings against the Quinn family in respect of the large-scale multi-jurisdictional conspiracy used to strip assets, misappropriate property and undermine security that should have been maintained for the benefit of IBRC. Proceedings included applications for Receiverships, Freezing Orders, and Norwich Pharmacal orders.
Belize International Services Limited in proceedings against the Attorney General for breach of contract by the Government when it took control of the IBRC and IMMARBE without compensating BISL for the unexpired term of the Management Agreement: Belize International Services Limited v The Attorney General of Belize[2020] CCJ 9 (AJ) BZ.
Rosemore International Corp in proceedings against Caye International Bank Ltd concluding in the Caribbean Court of Justice. Importantly, the apex Court for the first time considered the application of the Quincecare duty of care of banks in online banking transactions and exclusion of liability clauses in Depository Agreements between the bank and its customers. The Court found that Caye Bank was in breach of its Quincecare duty and that Rosemore was entitled to full recovery of its funds which the bank had unwittingly transferred to a third-party fraudster: Caye International Bank Ltd v Rosemore International Corp [2023] CCJ 4 (AJ) BZ.
Joint Stock Company Alfa Bank in proceedings locally in aid of foreign proceedings.
Belize Brewing Company Limited in a trademark infringement claim: Claim No. 247 of 2018 Belize Brewing Company Limited v 501 Company Limited, J&G Company Limited and Carib Brewery (St. Kitts & Nevis) Ltd).
Huawei Technologies Company Ltd in proceedings locally in aid of foreign proceedings.
