We have represented telecommunication service providers in Belize in a variety of telecommunication matters, including corporate and contractual matters and civil litigation.
Like several other Caribbean jurisdictions, Belize is modernizing its telecommunications industry-moving from a single service provider to a competitive environment. This has given use to the need for quality advising and representational work to industry players. We have developed expertise in the area as we also appeared for cable television and on-air broadcasters in matters before the courts and in giving advice.
The telecommunications industry remains highly competitive and with the likely entrance of new players there will be an ongoing need for strong representation in this specialized area.
