Our attorneys have acted for the largest local and international banks in Belize and our Firm currently acts for the largest International Bank in Belize. We have also represented a number of overseas banks and multilateral lending institutions in respect to loans made to Belizean entities or in relation to assets or other investments located in Belize. We advise on all types of lending including trade finance, debt restructuring, property and acquisition finance. We act for both borrowers and lenders, in respect of secured and unsecured loans, and more complicated financing arrangements.
